各国ディズニーの状況を探る① ～完全復帰か、ニューノーマルか～

5月14日に続き21日に近畿3府県における緊急事態宣言が解除されたことで、残すは5都道県のみとなった。その5都道県においても、週明けの25日には改めて解除の回避が判断される予定である。
解除されたとなれば、日本全体が新しい普通（New normal）へと向けて駒を進めることになる。新しい普通（New normal）という言葉がもてはやされているが、個人的には、数ヶ月前の常態に一瞬で戻ってしまう部分も多くあると考えている。
一方で、完全には元通りにならないものも一定程度存在することは確実で、東京ディズニーリゾートの運営形態がその代表例になるだろう。
本日、5月24日時点における各国のディズニー系テーマパークのホームページより、休園、開園状況に関する情報を見てみる。
いまだ緊急事態宣言の対象となる千葉県にある東京ディズニーリゾートについては、休園が継続しており、再開時期は未定だ。緊急事態宣言の解除後でなければ、事態は前に進みそうにない。
カリフォルニア、パリ、香港にあるディズニー系テーマパークも基本的には同じ状態だが、制限付きで開園しているのが上海だ。
上海ディズニーリゾートの開園状況は下記の通り。
・入園は予約制
・入園者数は1日当たりの制限あり
・年間パスポート保有者は、オフィシャルサイト上で前もって来園日を予約しなければならない
東京ディズニーリゾートも上記と同様の入園規制を採る可能を考えると、ディズニー好きにとっては非常に厳しい規制が続くだろう。
Shanghai Disney RESORT
Shanghai Disneyland Advanced Reservation - May 24, 2020
Please note that at this time Shanghai Disneyland is currently open for visitation on an “Advanced Reservation” only basis, with enhanced health and safety measures and controlled capacity.
Tickets are available via the resort’s official online channels and official travel partners’ channels, with a limited number of tickets available each day. Guests are required to purchase dated admission tickets prior to their arrival, and Annual Pass holders must make a reservation for their visit date and time through the resort’s official online channels before their visit to the park. During this “Advanced Reservation Period,” General Admission tickets for Shanghai Disneyland will not be accepted.
東京ディズニーランド/東京ディズニーシー（日本）
臨時休園の期間延長および今後のパーク運営について（2020年5月8日（金）12:00更新）
新型コロナウイルス感染状況ならびに政府、自治体からの要請等を受け、両パークの臨時休園期間を延長いたします。これまで両パークの再開時期を5月中旬に判断する、としておりましたが、緊急事態宣言の延長を受け、今後につきましては政府、自治体の要請が解かれた段階で再開時期を判断し、あらためてお知らせいたします。なお、東京ディズニーランド大規模開発エリアの開業時期につきましては、両パーク再開後の状況を見て、決定いたします。

Update on Disneyland Resort Operations(Last Updated: May 20, 2020)
While there is still much uncertainty with respect to the impacts of COVID-19, the safety and well-being of our Guests and employees remain Disneyland Resort's top priority. In line with direction from health experts and government officials, the Disneyland Resort theme parks, hotels and the Downtown Disney District are corrently closed and a reopening date has not been identified. We will continue to carefully evaluate this complex and fluid situation.
Upon reopening, certaion Disneyland Resort theme parks, hotels, restaurants and other locations may be limited in capacity and subject to restrictd availability or even closure based on guidance from health experts and government officials. Futhermore, certain attractions, experiences, services and amenities will be modified, have limited availability or remain closed. Park admission and offerings are not guaranteed. We iil provide more information as it becomes available. We reserve the right to cancel any reservations, admission media or purchases and provide applicable refunds.

Disneyland Park (Hong Kong)
Temporary Closure of Hong Kong Disneyland Park
As a precautionary measure in line with preventive efforts taking place across Hong Kong, we are temporarily closing Hong Kong Disneyland Park out of consideration for the health and safety of our Guests and Cast Members. We are in close contact with health authorities and the government about the situation and will announce a reopening date once they determine it is advisable. The Hong Kong Disneyland hotels are available for future bookings and Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre remains open.
